Dear Customer,

This is a polite reminder of the terms and conditions for driving lessons with me. Please try to avoid cancelling lessons, as this can affect your progress and development. If you need to cancel a lesson, please send me a text message to my number so that we have a clear message thread and can avoid any misunderstandings.

Cancellation Policy:

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel a lesson. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the full lesson fee will be charged.

Fitness to Drive:

It is not acceptable to attend a lesson while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may cause drowsiness or impair your ability to drive. If I suspect that you are not in a fit state to drive, the lesson will be terminated immediately and the full lesson fee will still apply.

Driving Test Bookings:

Please note: that if your driving test is cancelled or changed within 10 working days of the test date, NO REFUND, will be given, and all associated fees will be forfeited.
